They are equipped with a configurable service interval alarm, which indicates the next maintenance interval in time.
The GDI operating hour meters are absolutely dust, fresh and salt water resistant. Therefore, they can also be used in all maritime areas such as on barges, container ships, yachts or speedboats.
The housings are watertight down to a depth of 20 meters and are so robust that they can also be high-pressure cleaned without any problems. The counters are extremely shock resistant and can withstand accelerations of up to 55 to 90G.
This means GDI hour meters can withstand the toughest conditions, such as on hydraulic hammers or demolition tools.
The meters can be mounted on all machines and provide reliable service as vibration or rotation counters. For more complicated installations in hard-to-reach places or on high-pressure hoses, you will find suitable protective boxes and adapters at IMD which additionally increase the protection of the devices.
GDI meters also work extremely reliably in demanding motorsports such as motocross or in the speedboat sector.
